Marginalia

Marginalia is the theme I use for my own notes blog. It is free and it is deliberately simple: one column, serif type, and margins that are actually margins.

It supports the core blocks I use and nothing more. No custom block plugin is required, and it will not break if you never install another plugin.

There is a pull-quote style that hangs into the margin on wide screens and behaves on narrow ones. That is the one flourish.

If you want a page builder, this is the wrong theme, and that is on purpose.
