These terms cover buying and using templates from Loose Leaf Studio. They’re written plainly on purpose.

**Buying.** When you buy a template you get a non-exclusive license to use it under the tier you chose. Payment is handled by the checkout provider, not by this site.

**Refunds.** If a template doesn’t work as described, email hello@looseleaf.example within fourteen days and I’ll refund you. I’d rather refund than argue.

**Updates.** You get updates to the template you bought for as long as it exists. I can’t promise a template will be maintained forever, but I’ll always note when one is retired.

**What you can’t do.** You can’t resell a template as a template, share the files with people who didn’t buy them, or claim you made it.

**Liability.** The templates are provided as they are. I test them carefully, but you’re responsible for how you use them and for backing up your own work.
