This is a plain-language privacy policy. It covers what Loose Leaf Studio collects and why.

**What I collect.** If you send the contact form, I receive your name, email, topic, and message. That’s it. The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics that build a profile of you.

**Where it goes.** Contact messages are emailed to me and stored on the site so nothing is lost if the email fails. They are readable only by me.

**How long I keep it.** Messages are kept until they’re no longer useful, then deleted. There’s no automated expiry right now, which is a known gap.

**Your choices.** You can email hello@looseleaf.example to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted. I’ll do it and confirm.

**What I don’t do.** I don’t sell data, I don’t run ads, and I don’t share information with anyone except the email provider that delivers it.

This policy is a sensible draft, not legal advice. If you need certainty, have it reviewed.
